HEY GUYS; I am new into workstations and I need help. I am considering to buy the KORG OASYS or KORG KRONOS. I can´t decide which one of these would suit my needs the best. According manufacturer both are great for live performance and production. However OASYS has an audio HD recorder with CD burning function. What additional function should I follow? Is there anybody who owns one of these? THX

If you like to experiment with sound as well as you want to get plenty of new unusual sounds the better choice should be Oasys. It is excellent for different music styles from Soul and Funky to Progressive Metal.
For instance, Jordan Rudess (Dream Theater) uses Oasys more often for composing in studio because of wide range of its effects and sounds.

Could you tell if the fan was quieter than on Oasys? Where are the vents located?

Can you comment on whether it has the position lights for the rotary encoders and faders?
